SB Beauty offers a comprehensive array of products for all of your needs. And, all of our item(s) will be sent from Australia. Postage is $10 per order under $100. FREE Shipping is available on all orders of $100 and above within Australia, offered along with proof of delivery.
Item will be shipped within 1 – 2 business days once payment is received and cleared. Delivery times within Australia may need 1 – 3 business days to arrive.
Pickup services are available in our store. Please let us know by contacting us beforehand.
We currently offers shipping outside of Australia as well. We advice you to please contact us in advance for more information if you wish to purchase but are located overseas.
Postage is $22 per item on each order. However, when you place an order for few products / items at the same time, we will re-estimate shipping rates and delivery dates for you based on the availability of our product(s), weight and size, the shipping provider and the shipping options you may choose.
Please be aware that some countries charge customs fees or import duties. These charges are the client’s responsibility and are beyond our control.

All prices displayed on SB Beauty website are in Australian Dollars (AUD) and include GST.
If for any reason, the items you have purchased are out of stock, we will advise you within 2 business days. You will have the option of waiting until the item is available, order an alternative product, or receive a refund for the item.
Please be aware that there might be a delay for your orders to deliveries during Australian Public Holidays or during peak sale periods. Usually it may took up to 2 – 7 business days of delays.
All goods quality are checked before dispatching and due care is taken when packing in order to avoid any damage. However, please contact us to organize a replacement for you if your products are faulty or damaged in transit.
The client must ensure that the correct delivery address detail is entered during checkout. SB Beauty is not obliged to re-send the order to the correct address at our expense if you enter the wrong address. For parcels that are undeliverable and returned to us, a re-dispatch fee will be charged for the parcel to be resent. Freight charges paid for the original dispatch are non-refundable.
All international and national orders require a signature upon delivery. If a signature cannot be obtained at the time of delivery, a calling card will be left informing the client of how to collect the parcel during normal business hours. Parcels will be held by the delivery service at their maximum hold time. If the client did not respond to a calling card and the parcel is returned to SB Beauty as unclaimed, further freight charges will have to be paid for a re-dispatch. Freight charges paid for the original dispatch are non-refundable.
Once unclaimed items have arrived back to SB Beauty, the client will be contacted and the order will be held for a total of seven business days. Please be aware that normal processing and dispatch time will re-occur. The client will receive a confirmation email once the order has been shipped. If the client does not respond within these 7 business days, the order will be cancelled automatically and the cost of the original invoice will reimbursed in the form of SB Beauty gift voucher. Freight charges paid for the original dispatch are non-refundable.
For All international and national orders, the client is responsible for the address they supply for delivery. The parcel will deliver to the address and not the addressee. Any person residing at that location can sign for the parcel. This is the client responsibility to follow up the people residing at that address been provided to confirm parcel delivery if you are unavailable.
SB Beauty reserves the right to cancel an order or not to accept an order when we found not capable of supplying the product(s).
SB Beauty offers a money back guarantee on the authenticity of every product we sell; we only sell genuine products with a full warranty.
We do not accept exchange or refund goods unless they were faulty or damaged when purchased.
All returns must be within 14 days of purchase. Please include a copy of your invoice or notify us by email that you are returning the goods. And, please inform us if you would like to return this product for a refund, exchange it for a comparable product, or to obtain salon credit.
Please ensure that any returned items are properly packaged. It is advisable to obtain proof of postage, as we cannot be held responsible for loss or damaged items.
We’ll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we’ve received and processed the returned item. If you choose the options of refund, we will make a refund to your credit card or PayPal which follow your original payment to us before. Please note we could not refund shipping charges on delivery and return of items.
