Treatment Policies

Please make yourself aware of our Terms, Privacy, Payment and other Policies stated below and in this website. Our policies have been designed to ensure you have a truly enjoyable visit with us.

 

Punctuality

Our life expenses have increased so has everybody’s. We understand this very well, so SB Beauty will always deliver the best treatments at an affordable price. Punctuality of our client is the key to help us maintain good quality service. And fortunate enough, this is achievable by most of our clients showing up on time giving everyonea chance to enjoy their own “rewarding time”.

Occasionally, there are still some appointments that came in late, doing late cancellations and not showing up, all of these issues however may cost our business instead. These are nightmares for our therapists and from a business point of view we’re denying other clients from getting serviced. We do understand that there are times when you need to change your booking, and if you do need one please give us a call one day (24 hours) in advance. Allowing us to allocate time for another client and we’ll gladly bring forward your appointment to another day.

Therefore, as a courtesy to our clients and staffs we would like to ask that you give us a fair warning for cancellation and rescheduling need. We always strive to make your experience as pleasant as possible and we love to give you the best we could, in hope that you’ll love us too.

 

Walk-Ins

We love walk-ins and will always do our best to accommodate, but we could not guarantee a space or immediate time slot for your treatment. If you need a certain time or want to come in with a friend, we highly recommend that you contact us prior for a booking to secure a space and time with us.

 

Appointment*

You may choose to purchase our promotional vouchers* and service packages for your treatment as our new client in order to secure an appointment.

Vouchers* will be effective for 6 months period from the date of purchase; packages will be effective for 24 months period from the date of purchase.

We will not held liable for any loss, damage or stolen of receipt/voucher and other NON-REFUNDABLE CONDITIONS.

 

Reminder

We will text or call to your mobile phone, or e-mail a reminder for your appointment. Still, we do not suggest that we rely on them as your only means of remembering your appointment (technology sometimes or often a subject of flaw or fault).

 

Running Late, Cancellation and Charges

We too understand that it is not easy to balance your schedule every time, so if you are running late no more than 15 minutes, we will try to accommodate you the best we can. On the other hand, we may not be able to perform the full service, and would need your full understanding that your treatment is shorten to prevent delay for our next client. You will still be charged in full for the treatment.

While we strive our best to keep you happy; we would still need an early notice of at least 24 hours in advance if you are unable to turn up for your scheduled appointment. We reserve the right to cancel your treatment for any late arrival (more than 15 minutes) or no show.

 

Payment and Price Information

We accept payment by cash, most major credit cards in store and over the phone as well as Paypal payment online on our website.

All prices displayed on SB Beauty website are in Australian Dollars (AUD) and include Australian taxes (GST).

All prices are subject to change without prior notice.

 

Refunds and Exchanges

All SB Beauty products and services are NON REFUNDABLE. If you’re looking to change your treatment or rearrange your package courses, please do make a call or drop by to discuss with us.
